ALL CITIZENS HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE INFORMED

The United States Bill of Rights states that no state shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws (US Bill of Rights).

Process Servers are here to ensure the due process of law is upheld. This makes it necessary for service of process. By providing notices to defendants regarding legal action, you (the citizen) are given your right to due process. Process servers will often attempt your residence several times, just in case you are required to be elsewhere at the time.

People will go to great lengths to avoid a process server. We have personally experienced people that do not open the door, hide out in their home or at a relative’s place, and some even insist they are someone else. Process servers are not the ones going after you. We are here to help every citizen get their right to be informed of legal action being taken against them.

Avoiding a process server is not advantageous. The result of this can lead to court decisions being made without your knowledge. It can also lead to longer and more expensive litigation. The final outcome that can follow: Service by Mail or Publication. These are alternative methods of service and once authorized, your papers will be delivered to you in the mail or posted in the newspaper.

You cannot avoid legal action. We value the service of process! All citizens have the right to be informed.
